Char is the reassuring fact that nothing will get left undone as Jim and Dustin continue to grow their real estate careers. Growing up in a close knit family she learned the importance of teamwork and applies those virtues as their administrative assistant. Holding a real estate license gives her the flexibility to assist on all levels of the transaction and is a characteristic that any broker loves to have in an assistant. She is great at keeping up with the fast pace of the real estate industry and is constantly learning new things. Whether it is carrying out duties as the transaction coordinator, giving personal care to clients or preparing personal marketing materials, Char excels in her role and thrives in her day to day activity. She is married to her husband Mike and they have an active five year old son named Will who plays soccer and participates in Taekwondo.
